  1. As an avid runner, I'd say one of three things.

    1. Shin splints. If not detected early, they can seriously becoming a serious problem. In short, on a daily basis, the bones were small cracks and fractures, which is quite normal. During the night they have more time to repair and heal, and the process continues. But not the performance that put additional pressure on the shins and legs will have no time to make their own tests, and cracks and fractures, keep piling up. The best way to do this in order to take a few days off, or reduce the exercise, until you feel comfortable to go back. The most important thing is not to cross. My friend ignored the pain signals, thinking that was normal, and, unfortunately, is now the subject for their operation because of the risk of minimizing it to happen again.

    2. You may have problems arc. People with speech or very high (like me) who are more susceptible to pain arches. Since the foot absorbs the impact of the foot to the floor, too much or too sufferedThe area could be susceptible to stress, therefore, problems in the legs. Personally, my pain began in my toes and went up to the knees, hips and them. It turned out that my office was shoes (screams, my bad) is not suited to my way of walking. Go to a specialty store and ask them to adjust a shoe to the foot of your base rate. You can also buy shoes deposits reduce impacts.

    3. If you really do care, and do not feel as if given here is appropriate ... a physician. Seriously. There is no way too many drivers who believe they go when they need to be careful in reality. Furthermore, what are doctors? :]

  2. You can stretch and slowly begins to have a better heating system. Even if you have not worn your shoes, which could contribute to this problem.

You at your local gym and talk with a qualified instructor. If nothing helps, perhaps you should see your doctor and get checked your feet. You can flat foot or flat feet
